Nice. Shiva could easily Storm Shadow's role and Chesire would be a female Firefly. Nuke would be the main muscle for Cobra as well.

My addition to this list is Solid Snake from MGS. I don't see him working well with the G.I. Joe team but every team needs their lone wolf.

The entire Serpent society i could see working for Cobra.. they can be like the Dreadnoks.

Nice one. However, I could see the Serpent Society as part of the Coil that would be associated with Cobra but not working under them. Besides with King Cobra in charge, there would be a conflict of personalities with him and Cobra Commander as they both have the alpha male personality and would continually be fighting for leadership.

I have mixed feelings about John Cena on the Joes as he would be Sgt Slaughter mixed with Roadblock's personality. It's like Eminem on steroids.

I would also like to add the Expendables to the list of Joe recruitments due to the fact that both movies are coming out this summer. And for Cobra, I would love to include Kraven the Hunter as a part of the Dreadnoks if anyone is interested.
