I think it comes within the opening sleeve of the hardcover. In the past, the one shitty thing about digital codes and hardcovers is that some punk at Barnes and Noble could grab the code without paying for the graphic novel.

Yup. Got it throught DCBS, still had the plastic and everything.

The little box where the code should be is on the inside dust jacket but the code wasn't printed. :-(
