With Chevy Chase deciding not to return and Donald Glover departing the series, I think Dan Harmon knew that he had to bring his A Game when he returned this season and he hasn't disappointed yet. If they can keep this momentum going, I don't think it will be hard to imagine Community making it to a sixth season. If that happens, I really hope that they bring Jonathan Banks back as a series regular. I know he is signed on for the remaining episodes of this season and he has proved to be a fantastic addition so far.

Not really a surprise but I really enjoyed this week's episode, "Analysis of Cork-Based Networking." Once again, Jonathan Banks stills the show as Professor Buzz Hickey. Banks' personality is the perfect contrast to all of the insane things that happen on a weekly basis at Greendale and his final solution to the cork board issue did not disappoint. Plus cameos by Nathan Fillion, Robert Patrick, Kumail Nanjiani, and Brie Larson!

As usual, I agree with your thoughts.

I really like how they nailed the "politics" of how any kind of school really works. Really funny stuff.

Buzz is such a great addition to the overall show that it's not even funny.

I feel bad for Jim Rash so far this season, the Dean has been underplayed.

I thought it was more ambitious than good. If you're someone who never grew up watching those cartoons you would miss the entire joke.

They nailed it.

Was it me or were some of the original voice actors from the cartoon actually involved?

It sure sounded like Michael Bell was voicing Duke.
Edit: Just confirmed it on Bell's page. He also says that "All my old vo buds are on it."

Add my voice to the choir: EXCELLENT episode! :-D
