Wonderful too to see the return of Vastra, Jenny and a handily resurrected Strax (at the hands of Captain Jack?) We knew from the trailer that they would be back, so presumably, since the mysterious Clara can have no family, they are being brought in as a recurring Scooby Gang, like Rory and River, or the Tyler family. "They're back for the same reason as River came back," Moffat told me, "which is you have something that works so you do it again. And everybody seemed to want to see them again, and I loved writing them. I had unfortunately killed Strax off the first time he appeared, but it's Doctor Who, that's always reversible."

I liked it, and I'm glad they're going to be integrating the Oswin character into the story... somehow.

Jenna Louise Coleman might be hotter than Karen Gillan, I haven't decided yet.

Well I have decided and I will have to respectfully disagree with that statement.

Obviously you didn't read the post that you quoted. Clearly, PDH gave one of them to me. So no, you can't have them both. :P

Did anyone notice the SHERLOCK theme when the Doctor posed as Holmes? Also there was one more theme I noticed.. the sound of drums. That means only one thing.. HE IS RETURNING. Always the drums signal HIS return. It happened in brief sections of Series 4 and he returned the following year. It's a sign!!!!!!

Could be good...

I saw this one and the Christmas Carol back to back and, although I liked the other one better, I'm intrigued by the mystery of Clara.

I noticed none of these things. You are delusional, until you provide evidence in the form of youtube clips.
