I'm an occasional tea drinker. Decaf, mostly. Caffeine doesn't interact well with certain medications.

Don't drink decaf - go for green, white or red teas, all of which are naturally caffeine free. Rooibos is another good alternative...

The local cafe at Books-a-Million sells green and white teas. The white tea is expensive.

Green is fine - I prefer it to white, though that's a great natural anti-oxidant. Perhaps with a little lemon or lime, or even some peppermint. Lovely.

I love peppermint. I had some in a hot chocolate yesterday. Really good. And I have had peppermint tea before. YUM!!!

Remember: I'm half English half Iranian. It's in the blood (from both sides of the family).

Earl Grey, by the way. :-)

A girl I know gave me some Earl Grey in math recently, I tried it and liked it. My parents gave me some sort of tea recently for my throat, it didn't taste like much. I'll try earl grey. They have a lot of different types though.

It was quite tasty, especially just licking it with my tongue like a dog.
