I believe a "Squeezebox" is slang for a sex toy. Daddy couldn't sleep because the Mommy's vibrator kept him up.

I don't know if you have ever watched Freaks and Geeks, but there's a scene where Lindsay is trying to convince her parents to let her go see The Who, and her parents are listening to the song, the Mom is all giddy and dancing in her seat and the dad is absolutely freaking out. It's hilarious.
