Amoebas is correct. The Kree Guardsman 'Commando' [first appearance Imperial Guard #1 (1997)] is M-Nell; a nod to LSH member Mon-El.

I am aware of that but Commando doesn't have powers similar to either Mon EL, Gladiator or Superboy. Gladiator, while primarily based on Superboy, is an analogue of Mon El to a lesser extent.

Yep. Origin strikingly similar to the Fantastic Four.

I would more say a homage than knockoff. If anyone wondered what Reed Richards would be like if he were evil, Hank Henshaw is pretty much what you would get.

It's mostly in the way you choose to interpret it. I and some other sources see Gladiator as an analogue to both characters which is a pretty fair assessment. How you interpret it yourself is up to you.

It was more intended to be a homage to the FF.

One of my favorite Superman analogues right here. It sucks that DC doesn't give him the respect he deserves and doesn't know what to do with him for the most part.

I know what you mean. Check this piece of badassery out-the ironic thing is that I liked the Eradicator just as much as the Cyborg Superman but Henshaw messed him up pretty bad here.

My point was that you claim that Commando doesn't have any powers similar to Mon-El. The information in the link states quite clearly that he does.
