Honestly?

You are FAR too hard on yourself. You should see the terrible, terrible art that I was producing at 14.

Heck, you should have seen the terrible, terrible art I was making at 20.

There seems to be a style developing already in those works. All you need to do is focus on it!

One thing that helped me a lot when I was first starting was tracing. I did a lot of tracing pictures out of comics and what not. It helped me refine my line work and understand body composition. I then moved on to copying comics instead of tracing.

Also, you might want to try taking a drawing class at your high school.
