It was pretty good. It's that type of movie you want to watch a second time to see all the clues you missed the first time around.

I just got in Banshee season 1. It should be redeemable in iTunes, Vudu, and UV. So I should be able to give it out three times unless someone's an asshole and redeems more than one and becomes banned from all future giveaways.

Vudu? I think you mean voodoo, and it is quite easy, you just need a piece of hair and a few needles.

If he truly has figured out how to get voodoo working, we all better watch what we say to Carkey

I've got nothing to worry about. He still needs my hair. And I don't give hair that easily.

What exactly is Banshee? I have Cinemax Go so I might watch it on there. Never heard of it prior to it being brought up in this thread.

The series is set in a small town in Pennsylvania Amish country and features an enigmatic ex-con posing as a murdered sheriff who imposes his own brand of justice while also cooking up plans that serve his own interests.

"There's a certain earnestness to 'Banshee' that you wouldn't expect from a show on Cinemax. It builds its characters nicely and places them in a truly odd situation. Banshee is run by the criminal element, but it's flanked on all sides by the peacekeeping Amish folk. It's an interesting dynamic to say the least."

Ditto. I just watched the trailer, which starts off "From the Creator of True Blood." So I got excited, but this trailer doesn't really pull me in. What are you guys opinions on this show, if you have watched it?
