I like to so far. Not my favorite animation, but I too am happy to have a Joe cartoon back. Some of the voices are kind of stereotype/cheesey, but I can deal with that.

I like the animation style when it involves Snake Eyes and Stormshadow, it does seem a bit off for the other characters, but it is still really cool to look at. I wish it were more than just a movie and hopefully it can grow into an on-going series.

1. In episode two at 2:45 did Snake-Eyes really snap the guards neck AND stab him with a sword? Really? I'm pretty sure he was dead the first time you killed 'em Snake. LOL!

Loving t so far. I don't care that it's anime style, it's the best GI Joe cartoon in a couple decades. I can deal.

Damn straight! I don't see how you could fuck up something so simple as a GI Joe movie!! It is fuckin ridiculous what they did with what is one of the coolest concepts ever!! The movie that is coming out later this summer resembles nothing like anything related to GI Joe that I have ever seen.

The animated movie will air on Adultswim next friday night, they are just showing the little webisodes to get people hyped about it!

It's 2 parts Ron Friedman mini-series' plot + 1 part Sigma6 SE vs SS - 1 part Sunbow humor and fun + 1 part Ellis death factor.

Had Brubaker written it we'd have gotten the two deaths and a resurrection.

Had Johns written it we'd be seeing Hawk returning to the main focus in the leadership role.

Had JMS written it we'd be 5 years in the future with Flint finding out Lady Jaye gave birth to Cobra Commander's illegitimate children before she died. They'd have an advanced aging disorder and be would be trying to kill Flint.

The only thing that doesn't impress me by this new cartoon so far is Ellis' rehashed Sunbow plotlines.

What episode did Cobra Commander kill Major Bludd and stuff his blooded corpse at the Lincoln Memorial and have Storm Shadow sneak into the US Flagg, kill Bazooka and frag the ship almost. Oh and nuke Moscow. CAUSE I WANT TO SEE THIS!!
