By we, I don't mean me, at least not yet, but the city next to where I live, Santa Ana. It's a flea-borne disease, and is plenty nasty. It's been all but eradicated from the US, but still exists in Mexico, for example. It must be just a coincidence that it was found in a place in Santa Ana that is the heart of illegal alien residence there....

I expect I'll be getting it in a few weeks of course...
