Do you for sterliize after X number of kids? When people violate it, as they will, what do you do? Especially if, as in our country, half the pregnancies are unplanned.

Kill the extra kid? Force them to undergo sterilization? Tax them so badly to discourage others from violating it, though poverty would be assured for those that do for them and their children? Take away the kid and distribute to people who have under the quota/can't have kids? Forced abortions?

This is easily solved by determining the penalty for violation will be death of both the offending child and the parents. That solution is composed almost completely of win.

In the U.S., witha Supreme Court that has found an inherent right to privacy (like say for abortion), how do you square such laws with the Constitution?

The solution is again, easy. You simply elect me as Emperor for Life. I shall immediately proceed to..."square"...all laws with this Constitution of which you blather.

Agreed.

I'd be the first to say that people have way too many kids, but it's their right to do so. And taking that away would violate just about every ideal the US was founded on.

Maybe if it's done through extraordinary rendition it'll be ok.

You don't have to be part of Amnesty International to see "worldwide" restrictions as monstrous.

that's different than "human rights" for terrorists.

Be fruitful and multiply.

I just joined a conspiracy to change all video rentals you rent or buy for the rest of your life to be turned into gay porn. I hope these actions will prevent you from wanting to procreate. :P
