Oh, I only said that because you always say "the more, the merrier" (you do say that, right?).

Back for a quick visit and report.

I just watched the latest batch of Space Battleship Yamato 2199 episodes, #19 to 22.

You know how you think, "this cannot get any better."? Well, it got better AND BETTER!
Amazing and I mean good gawd amazing battle scenes in episode #20. Very true to the
original but also so much new. Vicious and awesome to see. A must for a big screen.
Then, it gets even better as the series is shifting into high gear. I won't spoil it but you
will cheer out in joy. Lots cute little comedic bits and yes, characters do die in contrast
to that. These four episodes contained some of the best animated scenes I have ever seen.

Only four more episodes left and oh did they ever leave this last one on massive cliffhanger.
Shit meet fan. Fan meet shit. It's the final battle and yes, this is THUNDERDOME.

Oh, Herald will enjoy all the fanservice. There is some there.

Classic Kids' Manga Doraemon Coming to N. America Digitally

Fujiko F. Fujio Productions, Japanese multimedia producer Voyager Japan, and translation company AltJapan will release the Doraemon manga in English and in full color digitally this fall. Voyager Japan announced the release at 2013 International eBook Expo in Tokyo earlier this month, followed by a second announcement at the "Beyond the Valley of Tezuka: Manga Legends You Don't Know (But Should Know)" panel at Comic-Con International last week. The series has not been formally released in English before.

The series will be released on the Amazon Kindle e-book platform and possibly other e-publishing platforms in the future, with a Spanish translation planned for next year. There are no plans to release the series in print.
