"Why are you pointing your screwdrivers like that? They're scientific instruments, not water pistols."
"Oh, the pointing again! They're screwdrivers! What are you going to do? Assemble a cabinet at them?"
"Are you capable of speaking without flapping your hands about?"
""Timey" what? "Timey wimey"?"

Love Riron Book Gets Adaptation on TV Tokyo in Winter

The wraparound jacket band on the third volume of Masaki Satō and Keiya Mizuno's Love Riron (Love Theory) manga announced that the project will get an adaptation on TV Tokyo this coming winter. The format of the adaptation is not specified.

The project began as the "ultimate love manual" published by "love education instructor Aiya Mizuno," the penname of Keiya Mizuno (Yume o Kanaeru Zō). Satō (Chō-Mukiryoku Sentai Japafive) then used the how-to book as the basis for a fictional story about a virgin who finds success with these lessons.

No, I've barely watched it, but saw within the first five minutes what it is. And that is it and yes, it's pretty much the only one this season.
It is well animated and yes, the characters are cute in personality. I may watch it all after it's all done.

As it is, my anime watching list this season looks to be a short one. Not many are catching my interest. But I'm still going to check out some others.

Maybe Arion can be an Asa Butterfield fan

Ender's Game Actor Compares Character to Shinji Ikari

During the interview, Butterfield told reporters that he's enjoyed anime and manga from a young age, adding, "Personally, I think I'd really like to go to Japan. It'd be good if I could go next year."

Regarding his favorite anime, he said:

The anime I like most is Evangelion. I feel the character I play, Ender, has things in common with Shinji Ikari, the main character of Evangelion. In general, he withdraws from the world, and he fights unknown enemies. Shinji has to pilot Evas, but in Ender's case, they're replaced with a simulation room. Both characters have new experiences.
