I don't get how they could take a character that was capable of taking on Wolverine, and then completely revert him to just 'feather wings.' I seriously can't see that.

The colors on his uniform suggest that he could easily be a new member of the team.

Also can't believe they ever went back to the feathers. I agree that the blue skin could be left out but the rest was golden.

I really liked the first 2 issues. For a book that was supposed to be the 'claw' team, it has been written surprisingly well. I find the art amazing, but a little muddled at times due to the color palette. A little more separation would be nice.

If Archangel becomes a member here, I'm hooked.

The one thing I wish they would take is the pale skin! I think it would look great with the color scheme they already have, and it would look so much more intimidating.

I'm trying to remember why I'm not all about this title, but it's hard to think about. That might be part of the problem; that the title just hasn't gelled enough for me to care. The art really didn't work for me, though the uniforms are nice.

I think a lot of it stems from the whole point behind the team. I'm not a big fan of killer heroes. The only killer title I really like is Deadpool and I don't really think of him as a hero. I remember Wolverine basically saying, "YOU'LL STAIN YOUR SOULS IF YOU START KILLING AND YOU SHOULDN'T DO IT!" and that's how I stand on the issue. I don't even get why Logan would start killing if he's not really all about it. He doesn't really make a good arguement for it in the book. No one does. It's just the thing to do without any more justification than "the stakes are higher now." The stakes have always been higher and I just don't see the point in switching the rules right now.

They've handled the killing aspect very well sometimes, but not exactly consistently.

I think Wolvie is more about the 'do as I say, not as I do' philosophy. He doesn't want X-23 or Warpath to become stone cold killers like himself. Right now, I am liking X in the book. You also have to remember that the team really only consists of 3 people right now, so it is kinda tough to tell where it's going.

Like I said, if Archangel joins, I'm hooked. I would throw another nod to X-Force by putting Shatterstar or Sunspot in there. It would add a nice dynamic.
