Pettitte and Wang have stepped up recently.

If Mussina keeps doing what he's doing and Joba lives up to even a fraction of the hype, I'll be a lot more optimistic about this team this season.

looks like I was right.

6 strong innings.

Oliver Perez saved Randolph's job for another day. And the bullpen didn't give up a run! Stop the presses!

The Mets acquired Trot Nixon. Can't be any worse than Fernando Tatis

Go Phillies! According to baseball tonight, the last time the Phillies had 2 20 run games in a single season was 1900.

He's a decent pickup considering they really didnt give up much. A PTBNL or cash is pretty much a free acquisition.

I just hope that his health troubles are gone.

8-7 now...CMON METS! Im really hating that baserunning snafu by Brian Schneider now...You don't run on Milton Bradley...
