That's OK.
I'm thinking about that Joe Q quote about DC not knowing how to take advantage of Superman.

Agree to disagree I guess. If there was no tragedy in his life all I'd remember about his \S/ franchise is the foolishness.

Phil Jimenez & Jamal Igle are discussing MoS ON Facebook, too.

Having trouble finding a link but there's a FB discussion on
this article.

I know Igle is very anti-Superman-killing, but I wonder where Jimenez falls on that issue.
He's drawn some of the most violent scenes for DC's events.

I'll be concerned when Superman foils a bank robbery by blasting all the crooks bodies to ashes with his heat ray vision and then flys away.

Right now, it is one death that the movie makers felt needed to do to make a point. I did not like it but I got over it pretty quickly.

From what I understand, Bat-fleck will basically be a continuation of the Tim Burton Batverse if what I am hearing online is correct.

Kevin Maguire was also in that FB discussion:

"I'm looking forward to Nolan and Goyer's re-invention of Santa Claus, where they make the story relevant to today's adults. Tearing away at his deep-seeded psychological drive to 'judge' children, his compulsion to break into the homes of families, and his ongoing struggle with obesity. With, of course, no warmth, humor, or joy."

Well, my father always remembers how Christopher Reeve was very supportive of Allende's government in Chile and how he did many appearances expressing his point of view and political tendencies. That's something no other actor (except for Marlon Brando) would've done.
