I doubt they had to drop any. The made her much more easier to get than they did Mockingbird. I'm on goal 24 of 25 and I didn't have to drop any. I'll have her by the end of the week.

there's sort of a workaround for the random pvp's.
see who your rivals are who defeated you when you log on.
Log off.
Log back in and and 'fight' these rivals. At least you know who you're dealing with.
btw, Rogue sux. I can't believe people have her at level 9 already.
