took my stepkids 5 and 8 yrs old opening night and they LOVED IT.

I thought it might be too adult for Marley, but he loved Hulk, Loki, all of it. Future comic fan.

Even Mia liked it and she's not that into superheroes. Her fave was Black widow.

I have been meaning to ask this since the first time I saw the movie, but did anyone else notice in the scene right when Thor and Loki land on the mountain and start talking that two ravens come flying by them cawing, does anyone else think that was a nod to Odin's Ravens?

Yeah, though the film didn't have tons of nods, I was thinking that was the case too.

Agree, that was my take as well that they were Odin's.

It was so well delivered.

I read somewhere Hemsworth saying he never got that line until he watched the film. He didn't get what was funny about it or what it was suppose to mean but Whedon told him to just say it and Hemsworth got it and found it funny later on when he saw it.

Unless they don't offer it to him, HE BETTER

Joss Whedon ‘Very Torn’ About Returning For Avengers Sequel

“You know, I’m very torn [about returning for Avengers 2],” he told Hero Complex before the U.S. release of the $1-billion blockbuster. “It’s an enormous amount of work telling what is ultimately somebody else’s story, even though I feel like I did get to put myself into it. But at the same time, I have a bunch of ideas, and they all seem really cool.”
