Actually, they hate it too!

Not to be confused with the troper of the same name, who only issues bizarre trope examples or announces the coming of the same old crap. The Herald may have to bribe and/or enforce the call.

I remembered ages ago he told me that this was indeed him...thought at first it was really his site and he was trying to generate unique hits but i guess he's just a contributor.

The tropes wouldn't annoy me if he didn't try to infuse every fucking debate he's in with stupid references from various forms of obscure and known media thinking it's witty when in truth it's just pretentious.

Don't know if he gets paid for posting their links or not...but with the extent he whores their links out it wouldn't surprise me.

All that I found was a TVTropes article and a thread that stated that "Herald" is a title given to volunteers that help newcomers to the TVTropes forums learn the ropes.
