The truth is, I thought you and Hab were performance arguing when it originally happened. I joke with both of you because I feel you're the type of people who can take any joke. It was a big surprise to me to learn you were actually offended by the vegetable things. While I think that you, like me, are not offended 99% of the time by anything, I also have been offended by something someone has said as a joke in the past (toolverine and deux), and it was just as unexpected and probably seemed like I was performance angry as well (though in reality, and I'm not saying you are i n this situation, in that situation I probably overreacted). As such, like I said, I'm sorry to have contributed to your offense and I hope you accept that.

And I'm still not 100% sure you're being serious, which is perhaps my problem more than yours. But regardless, I respect what you say at face value and apologize, and again I assert that I did not alert Hab to this thread.

People like Frag or Aaron can joke with me as long as they want even if we disagree. Because I think they are decent people despite our differences. Hab's continued actions provides evidence to how despicable he is when one does not agree with his point of view and makes him look bad from time to time. So, yes, I have a problem with that - mostly because the insult was lobbed at my family. I could have hit back - real hard. But I am not that kind of person.

Also, I think bullies who hit the report button are the lowest form of e-life. He can dish it out but wets his pants when someone hits back.

Bottom line - I have complied with mod requests to ignore him and he keeps trolling me. So where is the moderation here? More bullshit from TPTB, IMO, YMMV.

1. Ask a person to stop.
2. Warn officially.
3. Vacation.
4. Ban.

It promotes a clear understanding of the rules rather than appearing arbitrary.
