I watched about half of it before falling asleep. It's good, but jumps around a lot between random characters.

Just watched it. I give it a 7. Terrific performances from Hoffman, Olivier, and Scheider. Takes a bit to get going but once it does, it doesn't let up. Poor soundtrack, though.
