So, Newton has been emailing me demanding that I delete this thread. I pointed out that as he was not a member of this site he had no say in the matter, but he doesn't seem to understand this. His exact words:

Whether I'm an Outhouse member or not has nothing to do with my request for locking that thread.

To which I replied:

It absolutely does. As a non-member you have absolutely no say over which
threads appear, are locked or are encouraged. Your opinion counts for
less than nothing.

Ok, look, Newton. We know you're reading this, so I am going to try logic and reason. It might work, first time for everything.

You're not a member, so as Nieto says, I see no reason to worry about locking threads. If something on this site bothers you, sign up and say so. Or, if you prefer to continue lurking and crying in the shadows, you can continue to email like a coward. However, if you want results, rethink your tone. My staff is under directive from the Grand High Monkey not to respond to your demands, even if they wanted to. (Spoiler alert: they dont!)

If you would like to email with cogent thoughts and requests, we will read and consider. If you email with demands and tantrums, expect to be ignored and mocked.

Mostly mocked.

If you have a problem with this, go ahead and email me to complain.

Well, his reaction to all this was another demand that we ban Zechs. He's just not that bright. :lol:
