This is people ministering for a church, not a church running a business.
Entirely different, and I agree with that ruling.

Simply put, if people don't like the healthcare plan at their job they can either
a) get a new job with a better plan
b) buy healthcare independent of their job.
The government sticking their nose into it yet again to try and make things "equal" just pisses everyone off.

I believe that rulilng applies to the business side of Churchs too. Like if they decided to fire their secretary.

Treating women's healthcare issues "differently" than men.
Pretty straight forward.

SpectraWatt 0.5 million
Mountain Plaze in 0.464 million

So for those I've found 669.264 million dollars
So yes the companies I could find that recieved stimulus money (totaling 6 right now) don't in fact exceed 1 billion my bad. But I don't think we can say that that money was money well spent.
Oh and Fisker automotive recieved a 526 million dollar loan from the department of energy and then took the money and invested it in Finland.
http://abcnews.go.com/Blotter/car-compa ... ePage=trueI know we're supposed to look at the stimulus as a 800 billion dollars and this stuff is chump change compared to that. But I for one cannot be okay with our government wasting over a billion dollars (between the stimulus and the loan) and have nothing to show for it except jobs overseas and bankruptcy.
I'm not arguing the rest of it. I just knew that it didn't even reach $1 billion.

well they are different, and in many cases more costly.
It's much cheaper to tie the tubes of a man than a woman for example.
I'd think it would be pretty normal for the healthcare of the average woman to higher than the healthcare of the average man.

Which is still different than running a business.

I thought ener1 was a larger amount of money.
But that was specifically green stuff, I wonder if there were other businesses that had filed and we just didn't hear about it.

I don't see how, both answer the phones and take care of specific administrative needs around their offices.

If I'm a nurse at a catholic hospital I know what kind of healthcare they'll provide. I have the choice of working there, no one is forcing me to. And if I continue to work their then obviously I'm okay with the pay and benefits otherwise I'd look and hopefully find another job.
Then Big Brother Barry comes along and tells this business "nope, this benefit which you disclosed to them when they are hired in isn't fair, I'm going to force you to change it" which will only force them to eliminate the benefit altogether.
Didn't he sign an exemption because this was so controversial and stupid anyways? or was that shot down?

Religious groups have a tax exempt status. Religious groups that start either profit or non-profit businesses do not. Two entirely different things.

No the insurance companies are paying for it.
My ex is also a nurse at a non-catholic hospital and took contraception to avoid surgery at her Doctor's recommendation.

So what? A non profit charity doesn't have the same exemptions.
