Whomever the libertarians nominate this year, that person will not win. So the goal is to have something left worth running about in four years.
Things ARE changing, though. People are listening to the Gary Johnsons and Rand Pauls, instead of just dismissing them as nut cases. Not a huge number of people, but more every day.
We may have already reached the "free cheese" tipping point, in which case it doesn't matter who is elected. But if there is even a slim chance that we haven't, the sad but best option is to elect Shitty rather than Shittier.
