ARSENAL!!!! Walcott the boy come good (to kinda quote Adele). Brap (to quote Lethal Bizzle) Man Dem Nah No (to quote er some London urbanite).

ARSENAL! The glory years are back!

Lol. It feels that way and seriously we need a little bit of glory chanting, Emirates (can't what to call it 'The Grove') is just fucking depressed, most of us with one eye closed waiting for the season to end and the other eye squinting hoping it doesn't get any worse. Yes other clubs have had it far worse, but this is Arsenal. We can still taste Mr Henry's kiss upon the brow of a trophy, some near decade ago. We also can't understand why a club that has turned a profit every year for arguably over a decade (Wenger's reign) cannot spend some fucking money.

To be so brutally battered by Man Utd, AC Milan and humiliated by Blackburn and Sunderland we need a pick me up. Me? I didn't even watch the Tottenham game, for various reasons. None of it was out of protest put I couldn't bare the pain or false promises a victory brings. Fact is the club hasn't been good enough in all aspects of the current footballing world.

So yeah, I'm rambling but give us a break. We haven't had much to cheer about all season and it's our footballing right to cheer and dance when we devour our local rivals in the way we have done.

Crystal Palace is in the process of changing their logo. They're leaving it up to a fan vote among four choices.

My vote would be for choice A

B reminds me too much of FC Copenhagen (they were in CL last year).

And A reminds me of Tottenham's logo. C looks like it's own thing so I kind of like that.

Yeah, from what I've seen on the Palace centred message boards that's the least favourite choice.

I'd agree with that sentiment.

It's similar to Hotspur's logo, but it's still different enough that I see it as its own thing.

I think nothing will top Cristiano Ronaldo's one from couple weeks ago.
To develop their conscience and consciousness, to make them aware of what is going on, to prepare the precarious ground for the future alternatives—this is our task: "our" not only as Marxists but as intellectuals, and that means all those who are still free and able to think by themselves and against indoctrination, communist as well as anticommunist.

And Chelsea have sacked Villas-Boas. I think they should have seen out the rest of the season with him at least.
