I'm hoping Real get him now that their Modric bid is on the rocks. Higuain and Kaka are big bargaining chips that Mourinho seems eager to cut to sweeten the deal.

Rvp and benzema? Dunno, mourinho usually goes for the underdog...

Breaking news this night that Liverpool have met Bologna's asking price for Gaston Ramirez on 20m euros. Deja vu?

United also made a 20mil bid of their own that their offical website is also reporting. For Joao Moutinho (arguably more bang for your buck than the 40mil man Modric:

Moutinho as a box to box guy could be vital. Scholes is too old to do that sort of play nowadays and Kagawa's arguably more attacking minded....given the alternatives it's a good choice.

Yeah I reckon AVB will sway him there. Big shoes to fill though as VDV and Modric are both one foot out the door....I'm personally hoping the United crest still holds some sort of prestige to make him sell out one of his BFF's though.

Jan Vertonghen deal to Spurs is done:

Best player that's left Ajax since VDV/Suarez IMO.

Christian Eriksen hasn't left yet.

But that's what Ajax do, produce players that become stars elsewhere.

I just saw that Milan may be interested in Andy Carroll and it's a really weird feeling to desperately want to get rid of a player far more than I care about signing anyone in particular.

I feel the same way about Anderson. Been there since 2007 and he's either too injured or giving us lackluster performances.

Unbelievable. Steve Keane is looking at signing Harry Kewell to Blackburn. He struggled in the A-League and he's being given another shot in the Premier League?
