Not a bad Weekend for my Team :)

Was hoping for a draw in the Man Utd v Arsenal match, but if they points were having to go anywhere, rather it gone to Utd way (and it's not often you'll hear me say THAT) :smt011

2-points from top spot, that'll do me :smt026 :smt026

Uhmmmm, Fieldy, your team won, they picked up three points and moved up to fifth. Speaking as a fan of a club in last place, why are you complaining? :P :P

I was typing that before the final whistle. I sat on it and then added the last line when the final whistle went.

And just because we won doesn't mean I have to like these tactics.

Yeah, so good, especially considering the terrible pitch.

Watching the Spurs/Newcastle match, man, Tim Krul is having the game of his life in goal, but Spurs really are ineffectual going forward, even though they spent so much. They miss Bale.

Agreed...too narrow..they're playing with 2 cut in wingers that couldn't feed Soldado if they wanted to...honestly, if Townsend hadn't exploded the way he had, I think Lamela would have been getting time there too, he's not had anywhere near the right time to gel into the squad because of that. Pretty shocking for a 25m(?) purchase.

And with Andros and Walker on the right, you have 2 players who never met a long shot they didnt like. The looks from Soldado when they pull that shit says plenty.

But with them sitting 5 points off top of the table after 11 games, and maintaining clean sheets in most of their matches...must suck for their fans they have such a disjointed attack.

See, I get more pissed off when they don't celebrate.

If you like your old team so much... why leave?

So good on RVP for celebrating... the cunt.

What the fuck, EA? FIFA has been consistently one of the best sports games every year, but this one is so shitty. Nevermind the atrocious lag in the menus on PS3, but players and handling the ball feels like they were drunk when they threw this year's game together. Passing isn't as accurate. AI is stupider. It feels like they took 5 steps backwards after FIFA 13. I don't get it. :smt011

I picked it up for PS4.

Way better!

The menus are so fluid, it's amazing for an EA game in general much less compared to the PS3 version. But then so far everything I've played on the PS4 has been incredibly zippy.

It feels like the ball physics were tightened a bit as well over the PS3 version, although still not like it used to be.

The field looks incredible. Like, I could just sit back and stare at it for a few moments. Player models are mostly the same, since they were pretty good to begin with last-gen, just more detailed. But the animations are much more lifelike, especially in tackling and jumping and stuff like that. More attention to detail. And the crowds and stadiums are fantastic. Added depth like that is what's really going to seperate this from the last-gen version.

I hope to god we beat Hull City Today. Cannot afford to be dropping points. :smt011 :smt011

Chelsea will no doubt beat Southampton later and I can't see City losing to Swansea (at home), unless they're having one of their 'off' days.

Spurs and Utd did us a favour by taking a point each though :-D :-D

Going to be listening to the game on the radio. Kicks off now *bites nails*

Managed to watch the game online. Wish I hadn't now. What an absolute joke our Defence has been during this game. Not happy. :smt013 :smt013

Away to sulk it off now. Hope Swansea and Southampton perform well in their games.
