With the fan base being antagonized by Malky Mackay's firing, I have to ask what on Earth David Tan thinks he's doing. I've heard that a segment of the fanbase was already angered by the change in the team's colours, and now this.

Is anyone else sensing a possibility of a breakaway team forming?

I still can't get over firing their experienced head of recruitment so try could replace him with an unproven 23yr old from Kazakhstan who was on work experience and is a friend of Tan's son. Moody was responsible for Medel and Caulker after all.

I'm sure now that he's at Palsce he'll find Pulis the right 6'5" player he needs.

Liverpool vs Chelsea.....wanted a draw so bad. Doubly so when I saw Mourinho's press conference. He hates players who dive and over-exaggerate when there were a number of occasions in the game where his players either dived or went down theatrically. Not to mention the fact some of the divers he's had over the years are among the worst Drogba who's just as likely to go down from making minimal contact with a midget as he is throwing a giant center back off him, Robben, the whole Porto squad he managed...

While the Eto'o foul was questionable given how wild it gets in the box on set pieces I'm amazed the Hazard one wasnt given a penalty, Lucas has got absolutely nowhere near the ball and Hazard practically did the splits in order to make contact with Lucas.

I blame how set piece fouls are called though: Just look at how Skrtel (and loads of other BPL defenders) mugs players on every corner, but unless he actually takes the player down right in the process of heading it he will never get called.

Twigg: come January would you rather see Powell a a bench player next to Kagawa or loaned out to a lower table team for the rest of the season? Looks to be the man at Wigan right now.

Ribery - Lewandowski - Robben
or
CR7 - Lewandowski - Bale/Dive Maria

Robert Lewandowski to Eurosport: "My transfer? I won't talk about it. I don't know if it will be to Real Madrid or Bayern Munich. Last summer I was ready to leave, and the executives said I could if there was a good bid. Stuff got tricky after Götze left. Most of the Dortmund fans want me to stay. But they have come to terms with my decision - that I must go further and develop. I met with the Dortmund executives several times about a new contract. I was not appreciated like I thought I would be. I was told that a Polish player could not be the best paid player at Dortmund."

Berba to Arsenal

Image

Yaya Sanogo posted a pic of him and said "welcome". Deleted it right away. Before that Berbatov actually posted on twitter how he was the answer to their cup drought.

[Reveal] Spoiler: Click to Expand
In reality Sanogo was probably surfing FB and twitter about Arsenal. Saw that Berba post on Berba's official page about him going to Arsenal and thought it was true
