Seriously. I think it's astounding how fickle and entitled some football fans really are. Even Gooner friends of mine seem to vacillate wildly between praise for Wenger and wanting him sacked. It just seems so insane to me.

It's the same with the Moyes situation at United. I'm not happy with our performances and do think he's the wrong man for the job. But if people are really dissing Fergie of all people now, that's just ridiculous. I hope Fieldy is on the money about that one.

That is just ridiculous. As the fan of a team who would love to see his team have a record like Arsenal's this year, all I have to say is, shut the hell up. :smt011

Happy for you, but not happy that Chelsea and City gave Liverpool a path to a title :(

Utd game was weird. We won 4-1 but with that shambolic defense and lost midfield it's a miracle we hadn't conceded 3 in the first half. What's wrong with Benteke this season?

So yeah, we put in one of our worst performances and got a 4-1 lucky win. Who'd have thought.

Yeah, I've gotten that response from a few people today.

Congrats on the win anyway, and hey, Man Utd are only two points back from sixth place and a position in European league football for next season. I know it's not at the same level you expect for your team, but all is not lost at least.

Not as good as it sounds, Spurs have a game in hand (2 points behind them could blow to a 5 point gap) and Everton have 2 games in hand (could blow to a 9 point gap).

I'd have said our end fixture looks good and possible to win them all, but some of these teams have humiliated us:

- Newcastle away, beat us 0-1 at OT
- Everton away, beat us 0-1 at OT
- Norwich home, we barely beat them 1-0.
- Sunderland home, they knocked us out of the Capital One cup
- Hull home, the infamous 2-3 match where we went 2 goals down straight away, equalised by the 25th min and then won because of an own goal.
- Southampton away, last time we drew 1-1.

Look at those team names, and look at how our last encounters went down. If we win them all we still need Spurs to waste 2 games to make Europa.

Last seasons league winners, fighting for Europa. These are the numbers going through my head when it comes to United now :(

After watching Liverpool vs Tottenham, I'm now thinking that this may just be Liverpool's year.

The way Suarez and Sturridge are playing together right now, they're going to be tough to stop. I think Manchester City may be the only other team with a realistic chance at catching them.

Moyes got the tactics pretty much spot on. Not often you can say that. We're still in it. But if that's what we're capable of, what on earth have we been playing at all season?

And Diego Ribas arguably got the goal of the day. Been a big fan of his from his original Atletico loan stint.

Everyone he plays around is a thug though. Combine that with the Barca diving and the match is a circus.
