works for me.

Troy had suggested doing a "replacements" draft.. where we take a team and make a new team with members who have never been a part of the official roster. 8 picks, so technically you could do two teams if you did a smaller line up

i would say yes they have to actually be characters that could be on the team. If its any universe it wouldn't really be that hard to do a team, since you would just take DC characters for a Marvel team, or vice versa
