Tonally I don't think it fits in with the other programming on around that time (Green Lantern, Thundercats, YJ)

unless there is a larger programming shift happening, I could see that show kicking off the block early in the morning, and the more mature shows still remaining later in the morning.

It's how they used to do it with saturday morning cartoons, the stuff the young kids like was the earliest, because they were up the earliest and then as the morning went on some of the more mature stuff came on as well.

Blargh.

I liked the original, but haven't been a fan of the shorts. This looks like it's banking on what I assume to be the success of the shorts.

Upon seeing this, I am slightly relieved. I honestly can't imagine them completely replacing Young Justice in favor of this, especially when they have a YJ video game coming out in 2013. Like I said earlier, they will probably spread the shows out and have them showing at different times of the year.

So from that promo it is probably gonna be more like the Tiny Titans comic I think than the old cartoon.

It will probably be in the animation style of the current shorts airing during DC Nation but with stories like the old cartoon. I remember that they were planning on adapting the Judas Contract into an animated movie, so maybe we will get a variation of that at some point. In any case, Robin + Starfire FOREVER! :-D

that's what i'm thinking as well, since they also have Beware The Batman set to start later this year... It would make sense that they wouldn't wanna just show repeats of the same shows, and have something new. This could take the spot of YJ when the season is up, and then when this show's season is up YJ could come back.

Agreed. Extend the DC Nation block, throw in some older DC animated series from time to time, and you have a pretty solid chunk of programming. We are clearly naturals at this scheduling business, so DC should just go ahead and start paying us for it. :-D
