We know there was a cut scene in Incredible Hulk where Banner was in the Antarctic. We also know Captain America is in that scene as well in some form. I bet Cap is there, visually obscured but frozen in ice. Banner has an unrelated Hulk out moment which leads to Cap being dislodged from the ice mass. Thus begins the set-up for his body to be found...

I hope that scene is in the DVD Director's Cut.

Louis Leterrier said it would be.

It would really be a shame if there isn't another solo Hulk movie to serve as a pay off to IH's pretty clever origin for The Leader.

hey now, i love Jan, but let's not go overboard...she's third best, behind (1) Cap, and (2) Hawkeye (from the West Coast days).

Wasp's actually pretty tough. Hard to hit when she shrinks, can fly, shoot energy blasts, and has super strength (at least she did).

LOL You know I came to the Avengers late. Virtually every story I saw her in they would go into battle, she'd shrink and shoot her little zaps. Not very interesting. And the whole time I'm thinking if she just stayed normal size couldn't she carry a bigger zapper? I don't hate her. I just haven't seen many stories where she kicked ass minus the Ultimates and Mighty Avengers.

Then read Under Siege. Jan kicks major major ass in that arc. Greatest Avengers story ever.

Oh and nieto Captain America is the best Avengers Chairperson, Jan is #2.

Actually, she kinda screws everything up in Under Siege.

and leaves the team unsure of her leadership abilities.
