He was on his final, no backsies, super-final, last chance. This usually means it's just a matter of time, just like your final warning at work means you'll be finding a new place to work in about a month.

I know people expect a complete meltdown at this point for people to get banned but that's not how it usually works.

And, seriously, Alchemic kept on pushing. He really should have been gone a long time ago but kept on getting one more chance. So it's a little lame that A_S didn't completely flame out but that's because he was seeing JUST how far he could push things without being banned and found that the limit was "this far."

I love Alchemic Spider as much as a white man CAN love a black man heterosexually, but it's simplistic to act like he got banned for that comment alone. After his last suspension, which was for a month, he came back on the agreement that he would always listen to mawds, or get immediately banned, no questions asked. This was the end result of years of Spider/mawd conflict. Even still, he kept fighting with them. On multiple occasions today. He just had to be him. And Nieto had to do what he said he would.

If you want full records of the banning you'll have to fill out the post request form in triplicate and submit it to MrBlack between the hours of noon and 3 on a second Tuesday in January on a leap year.

Also, Alchemic was only allowed back on to the boards on a probationary basis following what was supposed to be a permanent banning in December. He knew and understood the terms of his return meant that he was obliged to follow the rules closely and not try to cause trouble and that he had an obligation to stop when asked to do so. Since he was asked to stop doing something and chose to ignore the request his account was deleted.
