Finally watched it yesterday and again this morning and I'll say i'm totally in. This was fantastic. I laughed so hard I almost cried, and almost cheered out loud when Daniel's character went on that rant. I never really got into any of Sorkins other shows other then Sports Night, so I can't say i'm a huge fan of his.

I cant wait for the next episode.

apparently the wheels fall off on episode 2. I will be watching but I don't think I'll be around too much after that.

I definitely enjoyed the pilot episode but the whole concept comes off as self-righteous and somewhat obnoxious. It's pretty easy to take shots at journalists when you have God Mode producers on your staff. It reminds me of this hockey fan I knew who would never comment on any contemporary hockey trade yet insisted that he was with the winning side on every deal in the past.

Oh, and Kim Pine <3

Olivia Munn shows up and everything turns to shit. Allegedly.

Anyway, I just watched the Sports Night finale and Agent Coulson appeared to save the day!

When you say turns to shit, do you mean the quality of the show the Newsroom or is there drama with producing Will's show?

I found boring. Enough to bail out on the first episode after he shows back up after seeing his agent and the oil spill hits.
