As noted before, former WCW star Buff Bagwell was in a serious car accident this week. The accident reportedly happened Monday night as Bagwell’s Jeep apparently flipped over eight or nine times. Reports are that Bagwell has a broken neck and his jaw is wired shut.

Crap, I hope he comes through OK. :(

True, but seeing as most of the announcers that the Fed uses don't have wrestling backgrounds, it still comes across to me as a load of wasted potential. :smt102

He's going to feud with Eric Bischoff's weimeraner when he debuts with TNA. But in fairness, that'll be a main event on a PPV.

There wasn't a ton of successes, so I was reaching, but I do think that without Tough Enough, he's probably not with the company.

There are What! chants during every announced pick at the NFL draft.

Jets pick is next, waiting to see if their fans do a Yes! chant.

No "Yes!" chant. Steve Austin wins.

Day 117.

I continued the Steiner Bros comp with another match there today.

It was the Steiners vs. Power Warrior (Kensuke Sasaki)/Jushin Thunder Liger. This was quite the fun match. Liger was perfect as a guy who kept getting his ass kicked and Warrior was perfect as the guy who kept having to save him. For that matter, the Steiners were perfect as dickish fellows who just beat up on little guys. Tons of great stuff in this one, including a flying clothesline/back suplex-combo on the concrete by Warrior/Liger, the Steiner Avalanche DDT, and Rick Steiner countering a Doomsday Crossbody in mid-air with a powerslam to get the win.

Match of the Day goes to the Steiners vs. Power Warrior/Jushin Thunder Liger, of course.

TNA was REALLY great tonight ... until Flair came out to wax Bischoff's balls.

Nearly 1:45 of good wrasslin' program. Not bad!

And Bischoff's dog will probably get involved in the story too somehow.
