Well from what I saw that was one of the worst episodes of RAW in awhile. Granted a did doze off during the show, a bad sign to begin with, but man what I saw was really bad. Cena was kinda funny at the end but the segment just drug on and on and on and on. Then they basically did what everyone gives TNA shit about, talked about this big announcement and then nothing, that shit is just stupid. I did notice that there was not a single Cena sucks chant tonight. I just don't give a single shit about this PPV this Sunday, I only hope I make the correct picks so I keep my championship.

So... Laurinaitis putting him up against Kane then firing Big Show was a swerve to turn Big Show heel at the pay-per-view (interfering for Ace, since nobody who's already terminated can be terminated again), then reuniting Show with Kane to give Johnny some big f'n muscle?

HHH really need to stop doing these 20 minute promos where he just says the same thing over and over and over again. I'm 8 minutes into RAW and all he's doing is trying to bury Brock. Apparently leaving WWE to fight real fights means he's a pussy? :smt102

I don't really get the point of trying to make the guy that just broke your arm out to be a pussy and a quitter.

Then again, it seems like everything HHH has done while speaking since last summer has kind of driven me nuts, so it's probably just a personal preference thing.

Oh good, Heyman is out to save this segment. I'm pretty sure he could save any segment.

This just got a whole lot better as Heyman called out HHH for talking out his ass, made Brock into a bigger heel (lawsuits are always great for making people hate someone), and HHH showed real emotion by getting pissed at Heyman.

Then of course, Heyman pushed it even further by saying he'll be suing HHH for grabbing him.

Heyman is just such a fantastic heel.

So Santino is the US Champ, but they go out of their way in this match to make him look like a total joke?

I mean, what's the fucking point of having a US title at this point?

I will never understand why he's not presented as a real threat in the ring, while still letting him be goofy outside of the ring. :smt102

Other than that, it was an OK tag match I suppose.

Kane vs Big Show was OK, but the kind of thing we've seen a hundred times from these guys.

The ending was OK, I suppose, but I don't really see what the point there was. Seems like this firing stuff should have happened back when he was at his lowest point instead of the Cody feud that went to WM. I mean, you do this stuff back in February or January right after the Bryan feud and it's pretty perfect. But it doesn't make as much sense based on just the last couple weeks of teasing Ace once and then getting Ace pissed at him while in a different feud. Just feels like where his character was after WM is the kind of place where he'd tell Ace to go fuck himself and walk away rather than going through this kind of humiliation, whereas 3 months ago it would have made sense.

And if this is set up for a Big Show heel turn where he attacks Cena on Sunday and does the whole "good guy forced to do evil" storyline where he's conflicted as he's forced to be a heel, that's not really something I'm interested in seeing play out for the next few months.

That said, I liked how Ace played it and Show was conveying some fairly realistic feeling emotion. They certainly made the best of the situation.

I hope the Abe Washington stable of wrestlers goes somewhere.

Hard to care about the tag champs or the belts, and hard to care about Clay at all the way they've wasted him and not put him in a real feud at any point so far, but this is still a fun group of wrestlers and was a fairly fun match.

Nothing great or anything, but a decent match for what it was.

I don't know exactly where they are going with AJ and Bryan, but I've loved everything about it these last few months, and that bit with AJ and Punk was really good at furthering the confusing (in a good way) nature of their relationship.

I'd be fine if Orton vs Jericho spun out of this title match on Sunday, whether for the title or not.

That would be a fun summer feud for both guys.

I feel like Cole trying to talk about how Orton wants to be Champ as his motivation was dumb.

Then Shamus said, "Who doesn't want to be Champion? Of course he wants to be champ." and seemed to just confirm what a dumb comment that was by Cole. I don't know if he intended it that way, but you really shouldn't have to point out someone has a unique motivation if they want the title. Everyone should want the title (or at least a title, but that would only apply if they cared at all about the IC and US titles or tag wrestling).

The ending of the match and Shamus and Orton wanting to fight each other was about the least surprising thing ever.

Still, it was a fun match for what it was. That seems to be a theme tonight.

Ace's little flubs in his lines always just make his promos even better.

I wish Cena had just come out and smacked Ace in the face, then made fun of him and gone on this rant as he was lying on the ground. Ace deserved to be smacked around by Cena after what he did.

That said, it was a pretty fun promo anyways and he's going to get his hands on Ace on Sunday, so it still worked out fine.

His joking around and bad puns work when he's facing a guy that's kind of a joke as a physical threat, especially when he doesn't have his muscle out there with him.

I chuckled when Cena accidentally ripped the letter.

The letter itself was pretty fun, even if the set up for Show to get his job back by coming back to attack Cena (or Brock for that matter, since he quit) is really obvious.

I really hope Cena ends up losing, just because Ace is too fun to have around as the villain running the show.

Loved the slap from Ace on his way out.
