Look on the bright side, at least you didn't buy a house in a shitty town planning to sell it for a profit in a few years and move some place better only for the market to crash and watch the value of your house go to shit and now you can't move the fuck out because the house is worth less then what you paid for it and yet you still have to pay it's original value to the bank while the bank gets free money from the government for a crisis that they helped cause.
