Yeah I liked how today kind of went fast at work here too. Kind of an enjoyable day if not for the winds and rain from the typhoon.

so i've gotta fire someone in the next week. I've fired people before but never someone i liked. This person i get along with fairly well and i'm a bit nervous on how it will go. any advice?
