I eat pretty healthy on a budget at home. My problem is eating at work. I hate bringing lunch to work, so I go out, and that costs a lot, even if I just get a small sandwich from Wawa. Mostly what I eat at home is a boneless chicken breast, some frozen veggies that I heat up in the microwave, and a small portion of pasta with either the juice from the chicken (I cook it in foil with olive oil and soy sauce and a little kitchen bouquet), or Ragu mushroom pasta sauce. For breakfast I either eat oatmeal, cereal, or a Clif bar.
