I'd love to make a series about the temporal division that Daniels was an agent of.

A show about the Federation Timecops runnin' all over time-space thwarting folks trying to rewrite history just seems like tons of fun.
Talk about a super-cool way to explore and expand upon the known history of Starfleet & the Federation.

Like the Terminator franchise, I could only imagine that Kirk, Picard & Sisco would constantly have enemies trying to kill them in the past; at birth or throughout childhood, etc.

Plus, I think Matt Winston and Trek make quite an awesome fit. Daniels was probably my favorite part of the whole Enterprise series.

Well, not exactly like the idea you proposed, but it consists of a time-traveling Federation officer from the future who travels to various points in the past. I think it's by IDW. I'll look it up.

My brother has been getting most of IDW's Trek books & he's been pretty happy w/ 'em. I'd really like to learn more about the Federation's temporal division so that title would be a must-read for me.

Scoot - you read the new DS9 novel yet? I saw it at Borders a couple of weeks ago - didn't pick it up; figured I might as well as re-read Warpath first to get caught up again.

I keep praying for a Starfleet Intelligence series or something that focuses on the MACOs or the Starfleet enlisted, but I have a feeling we won't see that until Strict and I take over the franchise.

I agree. The best ST books and shows are the ones that have strong secondary characters.

That's why DS9 and TNG were so popular and VOY and ENT were not.

They guy I am really interested in is Dr. Ree the dinosaur like medic. I just think his whole vibe and look sounds cool. I could care less about Tuvok. and not because he's from Voyager. Frankly Vulcans in general bore me because every Vulcan seems to be a Spock clone. Spock is awesome other Vulcan's? Yawn.
