That was one of the best scenes of the second trilogy.

My fav fight scene was the final showdown bettew Obi Wan and Grievius. Obi vs Ani was cool also.

I mean Lucas quite literally spelled it out the moment Anakin was being brought back to unholy life. All that was missing was Palpatine screaming, "HE'S ALIVE! ALIVE! ALIVE!!"

I understand those were his first steps. that's why I mentioned "I understand he is weak after all that". I also understand the similarities to Frankentstein. However, I still think they could have done it in a way that didn't ruin the drama of the scene. I like the idea, just not the execution.

It didn't bother me and I still think the scene is wonderful. Still, what are everyone's favorite Star Wars scenes? For me they both revolve around the turning points for Anakin/Vader.



And Luke's greatest moment to shine while also the son eclipsing the father:



It is the shorter and not much force related of the duels, but I still this duel above all others. There's just such drama to it and fight choreography, acting, and music carries it. It was what the entire Trilogy and even as a whole Saga as a whole was building toward.

Also that music Williams uses from 3:09 to 3:40 is the greatest of all Star Wars music.

Despite being in a cheesy fan boy what if these guys fought book, this exchange between Vader and Darth Maul was one of my favorite Star Wars moments. This came out before Revenge of the Sith, so we didn't yet know what turned Aninikin to the dark side. That one word "Myself" spoke volumes about Vader. It not only foreshadowed and opened my mind to new questions about the prequels, but also shed new light Vader's actions and motives in the original trilogy. It completely changed my perception of the character.

I agree. The Noooooo! Just took me right out of the movie.

Though normally I hate the idea of spending more money to fill in gaps in a flawed story, I highly recommend reading the book Dark Lord: The Rise of Darth Vader. It bridges the gap and explains how Emo Frankin-Anikin became Pimp-Vader. It also goes further into how the Emperor manipulates Vader so he doesn't put 2 + 2 together and realizes that the Emperor fucked him over.

My favorite scene is when Leia is in the slave costume, and she's kinda...I dunno...like, jiggling around and shit, while the wind is blowing and what-not.

I also liked that scene where Palpy is frying Luke with, like, purple lightning and shit, and you can see electricity arcing between Luke's teeth. Duracell, nigga.

I liked the scene where Greedo gets his bitch-hearted ass shot first, goddamnit. Fuck you Lucas. That was when you knew Han was bad-ass, like walking Ebola and shit. And you knew he was eventually gonna fuck the princess in her ass.

Then, there was the scene where the taun-taun gets its throat ripped out by a gangsta-ass Wampa beast. And he doesn't even eat the taun-taun. Just...gangsta. But then, maybe he was kinda like a gay gangsta, because he drags Luke off and was probably gonna fuck him before he ate him. So the taun-taun was probably the lucky one, because Luke was unconscious for a long time...just sayin'. I mean, you're an ice monster on a normally deserted ice planet. How often are you gonna get the chance to fuck a human in the mouth before you eat them? Live for the moment, Wampa Ice Beast. Live for it.
