Supposedly, but I think this season has put that seriously in doubt. I can't recall if they ever said how he died, but i don't think they did.

The two biggest unanswered questions are "How did Jonas die?" and "How did the rivalry with the Monarch begin?". I think one or both will be answered in the end of this season.

Remember how pissed Rusty got when the alien was pretending to be Jonas in 20 minutes to midnight?

AND Rusty said just last night that, 'dad always said the best place to hide something is in plain sight.'

I was just thinking about that! I'd love to see an episode where Rusty just unloads on Jonas about what a shitty father he was. That would be great!

Also since the next two episodes are "family" based they have to deal with Dermott and Brock's relationship.

Enemy of my enemy stuff. Phantom Limb comes to help out the guild to get back at The Monarch and Dr Girlfriend

I don't think that applies though as the Monarch is probably seen as an idiot by most of the Guild. Also, we've seen the leaders of the Guild, Sovereign and the Council of Thirteen, and while they're super-villains, they don't seem to be too bad. However, we haven't seen who runs O.S.I. and, in the episode that showed Brock's past, Hunter and Brock are kicked out by an O.S.I. agent who is also working for the Guild. In my opinion, that's because Brock and Hunter were getting too close to the truth aobut O.S.I. and the Guild.

There is no way that doesn't come into play again.

And the identity of Dean and Hank's mom.

I was shocked at two moments last night. Kano killing Venture Sr. and Rusty being responsible. But like someone said, Kano like Brock probably didn't kill his target. But why didn't OSI kill him?
