Maybe it did. Maybe it drew them closer and then when Carl's gun went off, they homed in.

Jesus christ.. :roll: :lol:

It's a TV show. You end it on a high point. At some point you kind of need to put aside the nitpicking and just accept that some concessions need to be made to build dramatic tension. It's far more impactful for the last scene of the episode to be the revelation that a horde is headed right for them, than to do it 5 minutes earlier.

It was established in Red Dawn that it takes two gunshots to pinpoint a location, not one.
