One of the many reasons the Show never grabbed me.

A bit of a letdown, with a lot of dumb people making even dumber decisions. No wonder the governor has to be a psychopath: his people are a bunch of fucking pussies who don't mind letting themselves get slaughtered.

So no one else thinks carl made the right choice? I mean he told the kid to drop the gun and the kid said,"I'm gonna hand it to you" instead while leaning over and looking at him and hershel with his dumbfucking fuck face. I thought the kid was gonna pull up and then Carl was going to shoot him. Seriously Fuck this show, and the comic I'm done with both.

Yeah, Carl is a little sociopath but I kind of give him a pass on that one. The kid was told to drop his gun repeatedly.

Carl finally turning into a sociopath is the only redeeming part of this episode.

Love psycho Carl in the comics.

When they first announced this show, this was the episode I was looking forward to. This was so fucking bad that I don't even know what to say. Even Andrea's death wasn't as satisfying as it should have been.

This gets a big fat 0.

How was Andrew responsible for Lori's death? I don't even remember.

Also, they had their great plan and they didn't kill one person! Great shooting.

All in all, very boring and disappointing finale to a dull, drawn out second half of the season.

That was an attempt at a Lost vibe, IMO.

Carl was totally in the right, by the way. It was actually the first time the writers on this show had the opportunity to do a TV cliche and did something different instead. That kid was told to drop the gun. He didn't. That was grounds for a shooting.

The Governor walks down the C Block hallway when he spies an open book in the cell to his right. He enters the room to read the passage highlit and then throws the book in disgust.

Pretty good maneuver for a guy with no right eye to have been able to spy into the cell.

That was just the first laugh out loud moment. Andrea taking forever to get the pliers was the second (it was so decompressed I felt it was written by Bendis).

Rick's great plan was to make them retreat and live to fight another day? ugh (so much for all the 'this ends now' rhetoric).

Would have liked to see more Karen explain what happened to the surviving Woodburians.

And anti-climatic and anti-satisfying to all get out.

The one redeeming factor was the larger cast next season (did I say cast - I meant fodder).

that was boring as all get out
only reason its not a 1 is because the idiot died because of her own stupidity

Piss poor writing at it's finest. I'll write here what I wrote on their facebook page. This season finale was worse than Lost's series finale. It was worse than an entire season of Dallas ending up having been a dream. It had no balls and nothing happened that had any sort of gravity. Glen Mazara is/was not a good thing for this show. It's a good thing he's gone.

Andrea dying? Good. Finally. Good riddance to stupid.

Carl shooting the kid? Good. It's the zombie apocalypse. The kid was told to drop his gun repeatedly & honestly looked as if he was going to try something while he was motioning to put the rifle down.

Anyone notice the continuity gaff of a revolver being the weapon Andrea supposedly shot herself with, yet we heard a bullet casing dropping on the floor?
