i used to have one of these;
which when you put the cloak on looked pretty cool, but without it, it looked like batman had stolen some eight year old's pyjamas

There were some pretty ridiculous ones from the Batman Returns toy line (of course I nearly had them all).

Those are bad.
I was thinking the same thing as the writer about the night glider batman. Why is he hunter vest orange? That's very not like batman! But they are all pretty crappy.

I had one that came out around the time of the first Batman movie in 1989 that was roughly the size of my G.I. Joes and I'd have Batman beat the crap out of Storm Shadow.
Good times.

I was always pissed as kid because you could never find just a regular Batman.

That #1 was a recolor of a Batman Returns figure that was in gold and black. I remember because I used the "sled" as a Goblin Glider.

Woah, i had that when i was about 7! There must have been something appealing to young kids about lightning and batman together if a lot of us have had this toy. Its only when you look back on it now that the idea doesn't really work when put into practise....

Good times.

The Batman I had was a little taller so he'd be the Undertaker and take out all the other Joes.
