Okay was it necessary to show Bush when Iraq was walking?

And man I kind of feel bad for those countries that only have three athletes.

It was designed by Ralph Lauren, so go figure. :roll:

I'm just glad they were wearing something other than that Roots track suits. The Opening Ceremonies are like a semi-formal event, imho. If the athletes aren't in their native garb, so suit and tie.

Apparently the women's beach volleyball was first thing in the morning, just a few hours after the parade. A lot of them sat it out. And, from what I've heard, possibly folks who've been to the Olympics before. It sounds like it's an optional thing...
