i doubt it, there's far too much against Trayvon in this case for most to truly believe Zimmerman isn't the only one to blame, and to blame it on an entire race would just be outrageous. I think that society has evolved past a lot of that sort of racism.

If that were the case I doubt Zimmerman would be sitting in jail.

He's now a known perjurer and if the jury finds out his credibility will be shot and he'll probably get life considering he shot an unarmed minor with no criminal record.

I for one don't believe his story at all.

it goes both ways though, right? I mean if we bring in external factors, we have to acknowledge that Trayvon was suspended several times, and was probably a drug dealer known to be violent among his friends.

all the evidence points to Zimmerman's story being correct though, the only thing against him is something like your hunch, and we all know that just because Trayvon didn't have a criminal record does not mean he wasn't willing to kill another man.

The cases and laws are quite different in circumstance, that dude didn't have a thug wailing on him MMA style. The main problem I see for GZ is public fear of AA unrest if they don't give a guilty verdict.

But why would there be any unrest? If the defense is strong and a jury is convinced, shouldnt that be enough?

Zimmerman assaulting an ATF agent points to a far more violent background than anything in Martin's past.

The man clearly has anger issues certainly moreso than the boy.
