Actually, while I don't disagree with any of those (although I doubt the stated reason WHY Ashley asked for release...)

I don't expect Carlito to go anywhere....

Demanded? Why? Too injury prone? Fifteen minutes up?

According to HER? Cause her kid is sick.

According to the rumor mill? There's still those allegations of possible ties to an excort service, which while denied, have never led to her suing Rolling Stone Magazine for libel, etc....

She has a kid? And yeah I heard about the Rolling Stone article that she's never sued against which is very suspicious when she denies it.

I just saw this. This sucks and is so fucking stupid. The guy had the skills to be a classic old school heel. He may not have been a top level guy, although if JBL can do it he can too, but he could have been great to have at the US or IC level. That was a really dumb move.

Thats how I feel he would have been great at IC or US and even ECW Champion. He wasn't a cookie cutter wrestler.

I wanted him to form a new redneck tag team with Jimmy Wang Yang.

...and Jamie Noble. That'd be a bad ass team! Plus it'd be 2 of the 3 Jung Dragons (the better ones) reuniting.

Yeah I was so disappointed with this news. I loved Cade and Murdoch together and was sad to see them split, but I think it is the better move for Cade as now he is hopefully getting groomed by two of the all time greats HBK and Y2J.

Back to Murdoch, he is what old school is all about, and he is awesome. Pairing him with Noble would have been better than a slice of fried gold. To bad that the WWE missed this opportunity.

TNA should sign him up with a quickness and pair him with the Tennessee Cowboy James Storm, who has the best catch phrase going right now: "Sorry Bout Your Damn Luck!"

I hate both Cade and Murdoch. So this news left me in a different mood than the rest of you.

Going completely off topic now, but what is Austin Aries doing now? I loved him on TNA and haven't heard anything about him in awhile now.

Losing his way to the Wrestler of the Year award.

Serious answer:

-Embroiled in a feud with Jimmy Jacobs about equally as compelling as HBK/Y2J/Flair/Big Dave
-Participating in 3 MOTYCs (Rising Above v McGuinness, SCoHIII v McGuinness, TNP v Danielson - my current MOTY, just ahead of Steenerico v Speed Muscle from SCoHIII)
-Cutting some seriously underrated promos
-Generally repping for Waukesha, WI, booooooy 8)

And so another leaves but we all knew this one was coming:

"World Wrestling Entertainment has come to terms on the release of Ashley Massaro as of July 09, 2008. WWE wishes Ashley the best in all future endeavors."
