Saford (SFB) is a "major" and "busy" airport in that it has a lot of training going on and some international flights, not because it is a busy commercial domestic hub, that's Orlando International (MCO) down the road.

Their president/CEO/commander of airport police, Larry Dale, is also an insufferable asshole who treats the airport as his own fiefdom, which means there will probably be less accountability and options for redress if his own hand-picked team fucks up.

The TSA tried to put a stop to private firms taking over for them last year, then Congress passed a bill that said they couldn't.

And unless Larry's hand picked team is going to corn hole someone with a baton I don't see how it could get much worse.
